BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION
All the hotel/ transport/air bookings will be tentatively confirmed upon receipt of firm dates. Bookings are considered to be firm only upon receipt of an advance payment of 25% with naming list, at least 30 days in case of FITS and 45 days in case of groups consisting of 10 and more pax, prior to their arrival dates. Failing which Rama Tours Nepal (P) Ltd. will bear no responsibilities for cancellation of such booking in part or in full.

Payment in full should reach us before arrival date by wire transfer to the following account:

The payment may also be forwarded by credit card with an approval to our email. In this case you must contain your card account number, expiry dates and signature exactly as it appears in the credit card clearly mentioning authorized amount. Master Card and Visa cards are accepted. Upon arrival you can be asked to produce your credit card from which you had authorized the amount. If cancelled on later dates a 5% service charge will be deducted on refundable amount.

1. No refund will be made against permit fees already issued.
2. No refund any unused services voluntarily cancel after arrival of the guests.
3. On domestic airline tickets, 10% cancellation charge will be deducted for cancellation made 72 hours before flight time and 33% for cancellation made within 72 hours. This is as the rules and regulation presently in force by the airline operators. Subject to charge without prior notice. Any dispute on this will not be entertained.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is essential for all clients, who is going to make tours, trekking, peak climbing, and other adventure activities, which should cover personal injury, medical expenses, helicopter rescue, etc.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
For cancellation made before 30 days: 25%, 15-30 days: 50%, 7-15 days: 75% and within 7 days or no show: 100% of the tour cost. No refund for any unused services voluntarily cancelled after arrival of the guests. As the Tibet tours are inside the Chinese Government jurisdiction the operation of tours, treks in these areas are subject to rules, regulations and laws - even those not mentioned herein - presently in force or as may be promulgated from time to time. Rama Tours Nepal (P) Ltd. will be set free from all the responsibilities arising from the timely change in them.
RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are very much committed to our duties and tasks for your tour and trekking array. All the measures will be applied under our company policies as well as terms and conditions.

Rama Tours Nepal (P) Ltd. assumes no responsibility towards any injury or damage to person or person’s property in connection with any service resulting directly from flight delay/cancelation, accident, strike, theft, pilferage, riot, civil disturbances, terrorism, war, government restrictions/regulations etc. for whatsoever reason over which it has no control.
